Who we are
Plain Work is a small interior and architecture studio at Quincy St NE, Studio 2, Minneapolis, MN 55413. When this page says we, it means the studio.

What we collect
Only what you type into this site, and a count of visits.

The inquiry form: the services you pick, how many rooms, a rough size, when the work should start, your name, email, and neighborhood. A phone number, a fixed date, and notes are optional.

Lead times by email: your email address, and nothing else.
2.3
Visits: which pages were opened and how people found them, counted in total. No advertising cookies, and nothing that follows you to other sites.

Why we keep it

To answer your inquiry, usually within one business day, and to plan a first visit if you ask for one.

To send lead times each quarter, if you signed up for them.
3.3
To see which pages help people decide, so we can fix the ones that do not.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become projects: 24 months from your last message, then deleted.
4.2
Client records: as long as permits, warranties, and tax rules require, usually seven years.

Lead times: until you unsubscribe. Every email has a one-click link.

Who sees it

The studio, and the services that run this site and our email, only to do that job.

We never sell or rent what you send us.

Contractors and suppliers see your address and drawings only once you are a client, and only what your project needs.

What you can ask for

A copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or a deletion. Write to studio@plainwork.design and we answer within 30 days.

To stop lead times at any time, with the link in each email.
