Working together
Q-01
How long does it take?
Three to five weeks for a single room plan. Four to seven months for a whole home, measured from the first consultation to the last delivery. Six to ten weeks if you only need renovation drawings.

Do you order and deliver the furniture?
On whole home and commercial projects, yes, and we track every order until it arrives. On a single room plan we hand you the list with links and you order it yourself, which is part of why that fee is lower.
Q-03
Can I hire you for one room?
Yes. A single room plan is the same drawings and the same finish list we would do for a room inside a whole home project.
Q-04
Do you work outside Minneapolis?
We work anywhere in the Twin Cities metro with no travel fee. Outside that, room plans work fine remotely since the whole thing is measurements and photos, but whole home projects need us on site.
Q-05
What do I need before the consultation?
Rough measurements or a floor plan if you have one, photos of the room in daylight, and a number you are comfortable spending. If you do not have a number, that is a normal thing to work out in the ninety minutes.
